Questions for the 2010 competition
Studies must reach the secretariat of the Academy before 1 March 2010.

A study is requested on the language policy of the homeland in a former colony,
with particular attention to the motivations, legislation and applications on the ground.
Comparison between territories with different colonial system and the further development
of the language policy after independence is recommended.

An anthropological study on a microsocial scale dealing with the transformation of men /
women relationships in the present context of economic change, is requested.

A study is requested on the contribution of molecular biology to the
epidemiology and the control of tropical parasitic diseases of man and/or animal.

A research is requested on the management of natural risks in tropical environment.
- Question 5

A study is requested about the management and treatment of dredged material in tropical areas.

A study is requested on the development of transport corridors in tropical regions.
